Meet Sharath - or as many know him, SHA, the driving force behind Sha Fitness.

With over a decade of experience and a long list of qualifications, Sharath is more than just a personal trainer. He’s a transformation specialist with a passion for helping individuals move better, feel stronger and live healthier.
 
A Mr. India 2014 titleholder, Sha brings the discipline of bodybuilding together with the empathy needed to work with every kind of client, from new mums to those recovering from injuries. His certifications include:

  • Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer
  • Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Specialist
  • Certified in Pre- and Postnatal Fitness & Nutrition
  • Rehabilitation & Chronic Pain Management Specialist

His approach is structured yet supportive. Every session is a blend of science-backed training, mindset coaching and honest accountability, because your journey deserves more than just a workout plan.
