Personal Trainer for Postnatal Recovery

Regain strength, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with your body after birth with simple exercises.

The postnatal period is a true recovery phase - a time to reset your body, your energy, and even your sense of self. Whether you've had a vaginal birth or C-section, whether it's been 6 weeks or 6 months, your body deserves specialist care.

Here at Sha Fitness, postnatal coaching is about rebuilding strength and confidence, not just “bouncing back.” We help you recover the right way by restoring your core, supporting pelvic floor function, and addressing common postnatal challenges like abdominal separation (diastasis recti), joint instability, back pain, posture shifts from feeding and lifting, and the fatigue and hormonal shifts that can impact everything from sleep to strength.

You don't need to be at a certain fitness level to begin. You just need the willingness to take that first step, and we’ll support you fully from there.
